               Making a connection? I’ve noticed throughout the years of my school carrier, that teachers that making a connection with their students have a much more productive class and a much happier atmosphere. I think the cause for that, is that the teacher gives a part of them that the student may also do. By doing that it makes the student look at the teacher look less as the big bad teacher, but more as a friend. Which the effect of that is the student is more engaged cause now its one of their friends they are listening to, instead of a teacher.
